Kun kaikki tarvittava tieto on samassa palvelussa, muodostuu niistä toimiva kokonaisuus. Säästä kalusto- ja hallintokuluissa, maksa vain todellisista tunneista ja varmista että kaikki työt päätyvät mahdollisimman nopeasti laskutukseen.
Työaika minuutin tarkkuudella ilman paperilappuja
Kiho Työajanseuranta on helppo tapa todellisen työajan seuraamiseen. Kirjaukset tehdään mobiililaitteilla paikkatietoa hyödyntäen. Järjestelmä ilmoittaa mikäli kirjaus ei tapahdu määritetyllä alueella, esimerkiksi koneen lähistöllä. Reaaliaikainen tilanneseuranta näyttää myös kuka on kirjautunut mihinkin koneeseen.
Palvelu muodostaa työaikakirjauksista palkka-aineiston huomioiden korvaukset ja lisät. Palkka-aineisto voidaan siirtää sähköisessä muodossa yleisimpiin palkanlaskentaohjelmistoihin.
Reaaliaikainen työtehtävien hallinta
Kiho Tehtävät -palvelun avulla on helppo organisoida tilaukset ja työtehtävät kenttähenkilöstölle, sekä eri työmaille, koneille ja autoille. Työtehtävät voidaan antaa reaaliaikaisesti karttanäkymän avulla lähimmälle tai kalenterinäkymän perusteella vapaalle työntekijälle.
