Working time records
Working time entries are made through the Kiho mobile app, time tracking terminal, or browser. Green means clocked in, yellow is for breaks, and red marks clocking out.
Time entries can be viewed and edited in Kiho before being locked for invoicing and payroll. Editing and locking rights can also be limited to specific people responsible for time tracking.
Kiho’s time tracking gives real-time visibility into attendance. Supervisors can receive alerts if no time entries are recorded in a defined area, such as near a machine or job site. This helps prevent delays in timesheet submission and ensures billable hours are accurately captured when entries are made on time.
Automatically interpreted payroll data
Kiho simplifies payroll with automated data generation. Based on recorded work and hours, Kiho can automatically generate payroll data, reducing manual effort and ensuring salaries are paid accurately and on time. This is especially valuable for companies with many employees or complex payroll structures.
To support this, Kiho includes an Smart Payroll Module. It allows companies to define their own payroll rules, whether based on a collective agreement or a local arrangement.
