How the module works in practice

Each user is assigned their own qualifications with validity dates. Data can be viewed at user or team level.
Example: A new employee is added to Kiho. HR enters their driving licence, occupational safety and hot‑work certificates and sets the expiry dates.

Transparent view of expiring qualifications
The system shows every approaching deadline, enabling proactive action.
Example: The person supervising qualifications sees in Kiho that an employee’s hot‑work permit expires in a month. A refresher course is booked in good time.

Supervisors instantly see who is qualified for which task. Qualification data follows the employee’s profile and is always at hand.
