There are plenty of great software tools out there, but the real value only appears when they’re implemented properly. Without a solid process, new tools end up under‑used—or forgotten altogether. Kiho doesn’t leave you on your own. We built Kiho to streamline the work of mobile teams, so rolling it out efficiently is our responsibility. A clear step‑by‑step plan, a dedicated project manager and hands‑on support make sure Kiho delivers value from day one—out in the field, in the office and at management level.

How Kiho becomes part of your operations

1.

Prepare the environment

We set up your own Kiho environment. You simply send us:
• users, vehicles, machines, customers, products
• working‑time and billing rules
• (if needed) API details for your finance system

Most of this data can be exported straight from your accounting software. We handle everything else—including payroll and invoicing integrations if you choose to use them.

2.

Track your fleet & install hardware

If your solution includes Fleet Management or tracking, we arrange device delivery and installation wherever your equipment is, at a time that won’t stop productive work. We configure driving modes, IDs and data streams so everything runs from day one.

Smooth start‑up with zero downtime.

 User training

We train your key admins thoroughly—maintenance, reporting, user management, day‑to‑day use. They can then guide the rest of the staff. Mobile app training can be given to everyone or cascaded via supervisors. We provide clear materials and can help run the sessions.

Confident users, fast adoption.

 Customer support

Your project manager stays with you after the training phase to answer questions, tweak settings and make sure Kiho works as it should. After that, our customer‑service team takes over—so support never stops.

Implementation that truly works

Kiho’s onboarding is never a “Here are your credentials—good luck!” experience. We make sure everything is up and running and delivering benefits from the very next week. Each customer gets their own project manager—one familiar face who keeps every thread in hand and makes sure everything moves smartly and on schedule.

First we tune the system, import the basics, build the integrations and train both admins and field crews. The training is clear and hands‑on; after a few weeks no one wants to work without Kiho. And once the rollout is finished, we don’t disappear. We stay to ensure Kiho keeps delivering real value and we’re always there to answer questions.
