Driving Log
Kiho’s smart driving log is the world’s first AI-powered driving log application. It can be accessed via web browser or mobile app, so you can monitor and edit your log on a computer, tablet, or phone.
The system automatically records all trips using a GPS tracker. Kiho’s proprietary AI learns to distinguish between business and personal trips based on the driver’s behaviour. Within about two weeks, it begins to identify driving styles accurately—and becomes even more precise over time.
The smart driving log is user-friendly, fills itself in, and is always with you. It saves time and significantly reduces the risk of errors that come with manual logging—especially when entries get forgotten.
Getting Started with the Driving Log
Implementing Kiho’s driving log couldn’t be easier. The tracking device connects to the vehicle’s OBD port located under the steering wheel, using an OBD extension cable if needed. Alternatively, it can be installed directly into the vehicle’s electrical system. Once installed, the device automatically begins collecting driving data.
Driving mode can be changed in real-time via the mobile app, giving users flexibility in how trips are managed. The log also calculates estimated CO₂ emissions per trip, helping companies monitor, report, and reduce their environmental impact. Trips can be assigned to specific tracking targets and enriched with descriptions, improving both reporting and billing accuracy.
By extending your Kiho setup with CAN bus integration, fuel consumption data from the OBD can also be linked to individual driving log entries.
The driving log is delivered by email each month or can be downloaded for any desired period directly from Kiho. If a driver forgets to log into the vehicle, the system still collects data, allowing the driver to assign themselves to the trip later.
Kiho’s driving log lets you view trips and routes either on a map or as diagrams.

Kiho’s driving log saves time, reduces errors in log maintenance, and also decreases unnecessary trips.
